Terms and Conditions
This document establishes the information related to the accepted payment conditions for the provision of services between RXF Unipessoal, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as RXF), with VAT number 508073669 and headquarters at Estrada Real nº 33 Park Real, Edif. F – 2710-450 RAL – Sintra | Portugal - T: + 351 210 189 366 / geral@rxf.pt and its clients, whether individuals or companies. Payment methods For the convenience of the Client, RXF provides the following payment methods:
• Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card (through pay by link);
• Multibanco (using the bank reference indicated at the time of invoice issuance and at the request of the client);
• Paypal;
• Bank Transfer.
For purchases with a Credit Card, RXF provides the platform managed by If Then Pay, through the Pay by Link system. Within this functionality, RXF uses the latest technologies for protecting confidential information, not accessing the Customer's credit card data, in compliance with applicable legislation. This data will be stored exclusively by the payment service provider. At no time will our client's bank card data be stored on our servers.
Order processing and delivery/service provision
The delivery of the rented/purchased equipment or the provision of the contracted service will only be carried out after confirmation of the payment made.
The client will be informed in detail of the deadlines regarding the above point, and in the case of providing a service, the date will be indicated in the proposal previously sent and, unless there are reasons of force majeure, will be scrupulously fulfilled by RXF.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the case of national and cross-border disputes initiated by a consumer against a provider of goods or services that concern contractual obligations resulting from purchase and sale contracts or service provision, concluded between the supplier of goods established and consumers residing in Portugal and the European Union, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
RXF is subject to necessary arbitration or mediation, in the context of low-value consumer disputes (up to €5,000) when, by express choice of consumers, they are submitted to the appraisal of an arbitral tribunal attached to the legally authorized consumer conflict arbitration centers.

Algarve Consumer Information, Mediation, and Arbitration Center (CIMAAL).
In the case of national and cross-border consumer disputes, within the online scope, the consumer may resort to the European Consumer Center through the ODR Platform (online dispute resolution), competent for the resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations resulting from contracts of sale or online services.
