RXF is a Portuguese company established in Sintra that operates in three business areas: Audiovisual, Multimedia, and Information Technologies.
The first and main business area, the audiovisual, offers a wide range of services for events. The second business area, multimedia, is focused on developing technical and creative solutions and has two associated brands, ATÉ QUE ENFIM and NEEW.
Lastly, information technologies are one of the main catalysts in our research and development and offer various event support services. It also owns two brands, ULEARN360 and the more recent BestLaps.
Who are we?
2007
Apple launches its first iPhone, while RXF is born in a small garage in Lisbon. Well, what a coincidence...
2008
One of the major crises of the 21st century begins, but with only two people at RXF, we decided to immediately hire a third person (just to appear as a larger team) and also initiate the first partnerships with hotels.
2009
Porsche announces its merger with Volkswagen and we develop a strong connection to the healthcare field by hosting eight medical congresses in just one year. Take that, Porsche!
2010
NASA releases unprecedented images of the surface of the Sun, while we reach a new "space" in a larger warehouse. Oh, in the same year, the Cinema and Multimedia department is also born!
2012
While everyone thought the world was going to end, we started to combine all our business areas (AV, CM, IT) in projects and presented ourselves as RXF Group... In reality, it was just to show off a little.
2014
Facebook announces the purchase of WhatsApp, and we announced our expansion into the international market with our digital poster solution! Who needs Zuckerberg...
2015
Microsoft launches Windows 10, and RXF launches the NEEW - New Edge Events & Weddings brand. A project that promises to have more future than some weddings...
2016
Portugal wins Euro 2016 and we couldn't be left behind. In that same month, we created Até que Enfim Produções, our brand in the area of fiction, advertising, and television. As our first project, we launched the series "Falta de Chá" on YouTube. The truth is, we've never been the same since then...
2017
For the first time, Portugal wins Eurovision, and we couldn't be left behind, again... In that same year, we won the production of the "60th anniversary of RTP" and the "Lisbon Investment Summit"! To top it off... after the success on YouTube, SIC Radical buys our series "Falta de Chá".
2018
The British monarchy showed a great evolution by allowing the royal marriage between Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle, while we evolved to the point of being able to acquire a new warehouse, and thus, grow in terms of structures - stages, truss, and of course, people!
2019
The Oscars set a record for the largest number of awards given to black professionals and women, while we experienced the largest increase in human resources, surpassing 20 employees for the first time. Our offices finally looked full!
2020
The world came to a halt with the COVID-19 pandemic, but we didn't! In April, we fast-forwarded the development of IT solutions for virtual events and created the true crown jewel: Studio 1!
2021
Portugal became the first country in the world to have 85% of its population vaccinated against COVID-19, and we also vaccinated ourselves against the lack of solutions. Thus, the ULEARN360 platform was born, and it was a clear sign that the concept of Studio 1 was here to stay, even outside our facilities. In the same year, we created two more studios, one in Porto and another in Lisbon.
2022
Our 15th anniversary was marked by a unique year. From the production of our film "Nunca" to the tallest video mapping ever made in Portugal, and culminating in our big celebration party as a brand, 2022 was the year that decisively marked us.
2023
In a year haunted by two wars, we could only wish for peace in the world. Around here, we can't ask for much more! New clients, new partnerships at the events industry, the “Great Place to Work” seal, a new gaming brand (Best Laps), and finally, we started shotting the series "Fora da Cruz," under the label of our production company Até Que Enfim. Yes, 2023 was indeed an incredible year
