The RXF general meeting featured Luís Rasquilha, who delivered a lecture on trends, innovation, and a future outlook on business management.
Last week, RXF gathered for a company-wide meeting. The event included presentations from Pedro Ramos (CEO of RXF) and Nuno Ferreira and Simão Silva (business unit managers), as well as Luís Rasquilha, a consultant and CEO of Inova Consulting, who was invited to attend.
The meeting addressed the fact that we currently live in the epicenter of the greatest revolution in history, supported by two other major revolutions: the technological revolution, resulting from the exponential evolution of artificial intelligence and constant connectivity, and the biological revolution, based on neuroscience.
The RXF general meeting also discussed the experience economy (companies go beyond the product and service to create memorable experiences for their customers), the purpose economy (consumers increasingly seek brands with a clear purpose), and organizational ambidexterity.
Originally, the term means the ability to be equally skilled with both sides of the body. The concept of organizational ambidexterity has been in the management world for almost two decades, focusing on the dilemma of taking care of current business and structure while also looking at emerging businesses and future structures.
