RXF offers 15th salary to workers to compensate for results and help combat inflation
The decision, which covers all 25 employees, takes place in the year that celebrates the 15th anniversary of the audiovisual, IT, and multimedia sector organization.
RXF has decided to pay a 15th salary to its workers this year. The aim of the measure is to help reduce the effects of high inflation and, at the same time, compensate employees for their effort in achieving results. The decision, which covers all 25 workers, takes place in the year that the organization, which operates in the events, multimedia, and information technology sector, celebrates its 15th anniversary. The measure had an impact of around 50,000 euros.
The motivation behind the measure was the "exceptional" performance this year. "We grew more than 15% compared to the previous year and we turned 15 years old this year. It made perfect sense to offer a 15th salary. In addition, the current socioeconomic situation made this measure more impactful," explains CEO Pedro Miguel Ramos, in statements to Pessoas.
The initiative was "extremely well received" by the RXF team, according to the company.
The allocation of the 15th salary involved an additional investment of about 50,000 euros. Although it was an extraordinary action, Pedro Miguel Ramos admits that it may happen again. "If the results continue to be like this, it is possible that it will be repeated, eventually with other formats," he says.
RXF is a company that operates in the events sector, offering audiovisual equipment rental services, and also focuses on the production and development of multimedia content and information technologies.
